The Council are working on delivering an extensive IT Infrastructure Transformation and Upgrade Programme, deploying, modernising their building and infrastructure used to deliver services and support residents.
The Council are seeking an experienced technical program manager to undertake a discovery and deliver a technical specification to support the relocation of a Council’s CCTV Data Center (DC), Control Center, and associated circuits, ensuring minimal disruption, maintaining security and operational integrity.
This includes meticulous planning, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with various departments such as IT, security, and facilities management.
The role will support the development of requirements to support a procurement and ensuring a plan is formulated to achieve the desired outcome and future roadmaps. Furthermore, they would need to ensure that all technical and safety standards are adhered to.
Effective communication, risk management, and a strong understanding of both the technical and logistical aspects of such a project are essential for success.
The post is required to work alongside teams to support the development and transition of a robust response; you will also work to the councils change management framework and be expected to report and submit project updates.
