Education Consultant
Education Consultant, formerly Assistant Headteacher for an inner London Academy secondary school and sixth form, responsible for the overview of progress and attainment at Key Stages 4 and 5 and after successfully completing the Future Leaders programme.  This included pastoral leadership of KS4 and KS5 as well as curriculum leadership of the specialism Media Studies, ICT, Business, Economics and BTEC education. Also line managed the School’s IT Network and had overall responsibility for educational visits and trips. Led  training sessions for the whole school on topics including ‘How to teach outstanding vocational/academic lessons’, ‘How to show progression through marking’, ‘How to be an effective and inspiring leader’ as well as, ‘Are you a manager or leader in the classroom?’  Delivered assemblies on ‘Thought for the Week’, managed educational visits, including writing the policy.

Assistant SENCO
Oversee the day to day running of the inclusion centre in the school which caters to the needs of a wide variety of SEND pupils with Dyslexia. Dyspraxia, Speech and Language needs, SEMH, Behaviour needs, various mild to moderate literacy and numeracy needs and difficulties. Support in lessons,  individually or small groups.  Runs the special literacy clubs, homework or coursework catch up sessions and social skills sessions. Support t pupils across the curriculum in subjects ranging from English, Science, History, Geography and Design and Technology.

Assistant Principal 
16 years’ teaching experience in inner city schools and currently an Assistant Principle in an Alternative Provision that specialises in at risk and NEET young people.  Achievements and responsibilities: Head of KS5/KS5 SPACE, lead the KS5 department and endorse a strong teaching and learning ethos for all staff including the support staff of KS5, with the aim of raising standards attainment and achievement of the learners; actively involved in the planning of an effective and relevant curriculum for KS5 which is reviewed annually;  contributed to the overall assessment, analysing and evaluating of KS5 data to enable learner target setting and priorities; supported the Principal in providing whole school leadership and ensuring a whole college approach to college improvement. Head Teacher
Experienced teacher with a background in sports coaching, having completed the GTP in 2010 being graded an ‘Outstanding’ teacher.  Worked and progressed within a diverse London academy for 13 years with responsibility across the school for behavior (including designing and implementing an entirely new behavior system) as well as responsibility for all new staff to the Academy (PGCE trainees, School Direct, NQTs).
