Head of Capital Programme
The Council supports flexible working arrangements – to be successful in this role you will need to be on site (either in the council offices or on their estates) for one or two days a week, dependent on business requirements.
Location: Tuesdays in Edmonton Green Housing Hub, Other days flexible, Working Hours: Generally 9-5, but some flexibility can be agreed, some evening attendance at resident meetings may be required, these hours will be agreed and hours adjusted for that day.
The Borough is seeking an experienced Head of Capital Programme to accelerate the Council’s delivery of capital programmes across its housing stock. You’ll be attracted by the council’s housing stock of over 10,000 units and the scale of this year’s £50 million capital programme, and comfortable with leading a team to deliver a range of works, including our Decent Homes Programme, Boroughwide Blocks scheme and schemes relating to fire and building safety.
