Duration of assignment: Until March 31
Responsibilities include to:
Establish and manage a programme to implement an all-age Carers strategy within the local authority (and in collaboration with people with lived experience and partner stakeholders)
Proven programme management skills and knowledge of Managing Strategic Programmes approach.
Experience of leading change/transformation in a local government or public sector organisation.
Some sector specific knowledge (adult social care, unpaid carers).
