• Experienced in managing teams, delivering improvement programmes, leading teams through successful inspections, driving performance and improving partnerships across organisations.
• Adept in implementing new systems and offering a solution and learning focused approach through research and evidence. A track record of raising standards nationally and locally offering a robust strategic leadership.

• Education Improvement and Change Consultant in SEND, experienced in analysing and assessing local SEND/EHCP provision, supporting schools and local authorities through OFSTED inspections, working as a Designated Safeguarding/LAC Lead, and as an advocate for inclusive education.
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of the wider system involved in meeting the needs of children and young people with SEND and vulnerable pupils more widely, particularly understanding key partnerships and processes involved in the system.
• Substantial experience and a proven track record of improving education provision and service across all key stages, by providing operational and strategic support, vision, leadership and clear direction by evaluating performance, identifying priorities for improvement and planning effective change to build capacity to further improve.
• Experience of leading and managing multi-functional teams in complex and high pressure environments and the leadership and management of support services, delivering positive outcomes for large cohorts of vulnerable users.
• Able to formulate high quality strategic, tactical and operational plans, to provide practical and creative solutions to the management of service, directorate and corporate issues.
