Karen Berry LLB began an early career in law followed by 18 years’ experience in executive resourcing, training and coaching starting in financial services with GAAPs Group and HW Group and then 7 years in education and social care with Elite Recruitment Specialist before founding Bamberry Consulting specialising in senior level public sector appointments.
Prior to founding Bamberry, Karen spent 4 working in the not for profit sector for Peabody Trust and Shaw Trust in some of the most economically challenged areas of London leading on the delivery of projects to help break down barriers and improve life outcomes for disadvantaged young people.
Karen’s mission is for Bamberry to connect great organisations with even greater people, delivering results each and every time.
In her spare time Karen enjoys the big outdoors, hiking and kayaking and wherever there is water.
